Kayla Davis

Kayla Davis has a passion for helping individuals discover who they are and who they want to be in this world. While she understands that opening up to someone new may be quite intimidating, her hope is to provide an atmosphere of openness, trust, and support. She has experience in a vast range of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship struggles, boundaries, and impulsivity. She provides individual counseling for children (ages 7+), adolescents, and adults, as well as family counseling.

Kayla enjoys incorporating creative approaches — including art, music, and nature — when it's challenging to find the words to explain one's experiences. She is passionate about connecting with people, hearing their unique stories, and witnessing the growth that develops. Her hope is that each client can become empowered in their personal strengths as they begin to show the beauty of their most authentic self in this challenging world.

In her spare time, Kayla is a PhD student striving to advance her knowledge in the field. She loves playing volleyball, going on outdoor adventures, and training up her goldendoodle puppy so that he (one day) can join in on sessions.

Kayla cultivates a space for each client to come exactly as they are. She is down to earth, easy to talk to, and makes clients forget they are just meeting for the first time. She can't wait to talk with and work with you.
